Ross Bain - Director & Inventor

Ross has been 'inventing' since his early youth and has vast knowledge & experience in several areas of design & manufacture, particularly with plastic extrusion and plastic injection moulded products. Being a father of three children, Ross's main focus is safety and he is very stringent with all levels of manufacture & Quality Control.When not 'inventing' or demonstrating Hook-Eze at Special Shows & Events, Ross loves nothing more than to take the family out in the kayaks and flick a few lures at his favourite local fishing spot.

Majella Gee - Managing Director & Head of Sales & Marketing 

Majella's expertise is Sales, spending most of her life in Retail Management. After meeting and falling in love with Ross, she helped establish the Company and build it to where it is today. She currently manages all areas within the Company and has extensive knowledge of all levels of design & manufacture.

When not in the office or busy with the children, Majella enjoys paddling around in the kayak taking photos of wildlife and throwing in the occasional line. 

Gavan Bright - IT webmaster Australia and USA store

Over 15 years experience in web design, specialising in screen based design with HTML/CSS, PHP and Javascript. Working with clients’ projects from private landowner sales, cafes, bed and breakfast, Hotel accommodation. For each client I work out the best communication strategy in order to communicate the client’s goals. My strong design skills leverage the most current theories on usability and accessibility if the project is web design. When using new media I seek out the best alternative communication methods for my clients marketing spend. Building social media Facebook applications with HTML, CSS and PHP to maximise the clients social reach.I joined Hookeze because I went to school with Majella, and well I just love smart people and handy little devices such as this hook tying device.

Toni Moscrop - Administration & Research Assistant

Toni is our latest addition to the Hook-Eze team taking on the role of Administration & Research Assistant and not only does she know her way around the office, she certainly knows her stuff when it comes to fishing & camping!

Whilst living in North Queensland for the last 15 years, Toni regularly enjoyed fishing & camping alongside the local wildlife in a range of locations from Mackay to Weipa. Whether the crocodiles were swimming alongside the fishing boat or serenading her off to sleep with their mating calls as she camps in a swag by an open fire, Toni is at home in the great outdoors. She loves the excitement of landing a big fish; even if it means sometimes sharing it with a shark, which up in Weipa often get half your catch before you can even brag about the size of it!
